SHIPPING TIMES:
* All goods are handmade to order in small batches by one maker and require at least a 1 week turnaround.
* It can be faster or slower than this, depending on how many orders are being fulfilled, etc. You will be notified you as soon as your goods are ready to dispatch. Raw material stock levels may also determine shipping times.
* Get in touch for a dispatch estimate if it is urgent, we always like to accomodate special occasions.

* All goods are shipped using a ‘Signed For’ service which means you will need to physically sign for the item.
* Please note: When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to local taxes/import fees. ERNEST WALKER LTD. is not responsible for any additional shipping/import fees outside of the UK that are local to your country.

RETURNS:
If for any reason you need to return any of your ERNEST WALKER LTD. handmade goods you are entitled to do so.
Please Note:
‘Custom’ sized and/or ‘Monogrammed’ goods are non-returnable and the buyer accepts responsibility of providing accurate measurement and monogram information.
All Standard (non ‘Custom’ sized and/or Monogramed) goods are returnable in unused condition within 14 days (minus P&P) for Exchange, Credit Note or Refund. Buyer to cover return postage (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
If you are not 100% happy with any of your purchases from ERNEST WALKER LTD. just drop us a line and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
REPAIRS:
Although ERNEST WALKER LTD. brand goods will serve you well for a long time, if you are in need of a repair just drop us a line and we’ll work something out for you. Genuine ‘wear-and-tear’ repairs will be carried out free of charge plus postage costs.
